Job Summary

Role Details:

Job Title: Senior Cloud Engineer
Location: Morristown NJ (Remote with occasional office visits required)
Shift: EST hours
Employment: Full-Time
Budget: $130K $135K per annum

Key Requirements:

Strong SME-level expertise in AWS (primary) with Azure (secondary)
12 years of overall experience (preferred)
Hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2 S3 RDS Redshift Lambda VPC IAM CloudTrail etc.
Strong knowledge of cloud security networking and governance
Experience in Disaster Recovery design and backup/recovery operations
Proficiency in scripting (Python Bash or PowerShell)
Exposure to containerization (Docker Kubernetes ECS/EKS) and DevOps practices
Experience working with third-party vendors and managing cloud operations
Ability to provide technical leadership and support (L1 L3)

Responsibilities:

Design deploy and manage AWS cloud infrastructure (AWS-first environment)
Support and manage Azure workloads (secondary)
Monitor optimize and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure for performance cost and security
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards
Lead cloud initiatives infrastructure improvements and DR readiness
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless cloud operations
