Role : Firmware Engineer III

Location : Plano TX (Onsite)

We must need Medical Firmware Driver development BT/Wifi or any connectivity exp.

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

5 years of embedded firmware development experience delivering production-quality code

Experience with embedded bring-up or device interfaces (drivers/peripherals communications stacks sensors/actuators).

Ability to translate requirements into design and test strategy; strong written and verbal communication.

Demonstrated culture fit: ownership integrity constructive collaboration and passion for learning and innovation.

Experience in regulated product development (medical device preferred) including design controls risk management concepts and verification practices.

Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts for embedded devices (secure boot updates threat modeling hardening).

Research and innovation mindset: ability to explore ambiguous problems prototype quickly evaluate tradeoffs and convert learnings into shippable improvements.

Design develop and verify embedded firmware features (C/C) with ownership of modules/subsystems and associated requirements and tests.

Improve firmware quality and developer velocity through test automation tooling coding standards and documentation
