Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab RN)

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to support a high-acuity cardiovascular team. This role requires strong clinical expertise the ability to respond quickly in critical situations and flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation including consecutive weekends as needed.
Assignment Details- Schedule: Monday Friday 8-hour day shifts
- On-Call: Frequent on-call required including weekends
- Holiday Coverage: Required
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor and assess patients before during and after procedures
- Administer medications and moderate sedation as appropriate
- Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Respond to emergency situations in the Cath Lab setting
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
- Minimum of 5 years of Cath Lab nursing experience
- Active State of Hawaii RN license required prior to contract start
- Strong experience in high-acuity cardiac care settings
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Additional Certifications (Preferred/May Be Required):
- PALS NRP TNCC ENPC CPI NIHSS STABLE AWHONN ASLS NBSTSA AACN (CCRN) and other specialty certifications relevant to critical care cardiac or procedural nursing
- Must be flexible and available for frequent on-call assignments
- Ability to work consecutive weekends when scheduled for call
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
