Event Loader / Crew
Shift times (8am-4pm and 3pm-9pm)
Critical Need: Loader/Crew Support Required
Dress Code: Steel toe shoes plain T shirt jeans/work pants - mandatory.
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable furniture loader/unloader to join our events logistics team. This position is responsible for supporting trade shows and event operations by safely loading unloading and transporting furniture and equipment to and from event venues and booths.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks with care to prevent damage and ensure proper placement of items
Move furniture and event materials via cart to and from trade show booths
Pick stage and prepare products for delivery or transfer
Wrap clean repair and assemble furniture to ensure items are rental-ready or properly stored
Tag store relocate and conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Participate in safety meetings and complete daily warm-ups
Work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented event environment
Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs
