Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect to lead the design and development of scalable high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies strong architectural skills and the ability to guide development teams in building robust and maintainable systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement application architecture and technical design for enterprise solutions
• Lead the design and development using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
• Establish best practices coding standards and development guidelines
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration patterns
• Ensure system performance scalability security and reliability
• Review code troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Drive adoption of modern technologies tools and frameworks
• Participate in architectural reviews and decision-making processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• 10 years of experience in Java development
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java Spring Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Proven experience designing Microservices-based architecture
• Expertise in RESTful API design and development
• Strong understanding of design patterns OOP principles and system design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
• Solid knowledge of database technologies (SQL & NoSQL)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Proficiency with tools like Git Maven/Gradle Jenkins

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with security standards (OAuth2 JWT SSL)
• Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools
• Exposure to frontend technologies (Angular/React) is a plus
