The Role & Your Impact
What Youll Need to Be Successful
- A degree in Biotechnology Chemical Engineering or a related field (advanced degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience within grain processing distilling ethanol or bioenergy environments
- Strong technical knowledge of fermentation enzymatic processes milling and/or biofuel applications
- Proven experience in leading field trials troubleshooting process challenges and analyzing technical data
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East & Africa region
- Strong analytical problem-solving and project execution capabilities
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
- Experience working directly with customers in technical service or application roles
- Confidence delivering technical training workshops and knowledge transfer sessions
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales Marketing Regulatory and R&D teams
- Curiosity for innovation process optimization and emerging industry technologies
- Comfort working in cross-cultural and geographically diverse environments
