Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Change Delivery Lead to join our Transformation team and take ownership of our change portfolio end-to-end from business case creation through to post-implementation review.
In this leadership role youll manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts drive delivery excellence and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure our projects land on time on budget and in line with business objectives.

What youll be doing
Leading people & teams
- Manage mentor and develop a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts
- Set objectives conduct appraisals and drive performance across the team
- Lead resource planning across the portfolio and recruit where needed
Driving delivery
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of the change portfolio in line with the Group Change Management Framework
- Ensure all projects have a valid business case and are governed effectively
- Track financials manage risks and initiate corrective action where needed
- Produce PIDs status reports and post-implementation reviews
Shaping the function
- Work with the PMO to develop project controls and delivery standards
- Support the development of the transformation roadmap
- Present updates to governance bodies including Transformation Steer Co
What were looking for
- Proven track record delivering projects in a financial services or regulated environment
- Experience leading and developing high-performing project delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills comfortable at all levels including senior leadership
- Excellent planning budgeting and organisational ability
- A confident assertive leader who can manage conflict and drive decisions
