Elmswell Community Primary School is seeking aDeputy Headteacher / SENDCoto play a pivotal role in leading their successful and highly inclusive school.
You will:

- have high expectations that will maintain and enhance the positive ethos of the school

- have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and develop teams by providing a strong role model recognising that successful outcomes arise from collaborative leadership that supports and empowers staff.
