A well-established consultancy specialising in project management cost consultancy and energy modelling is looking to expand its sustainability team.

With a strong focus on retrofit building performance and carbon reduction the team supports clients in improving the environmental impact of both commercial and residential assets.

The role:
This position is ideal for someone with solid experience in building performance modelling energy assessments and overheating analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering low-carbon solutions and improving energy efficiency across a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities include:
Producing energy and sustainability reports for planning
Carrying out overheating and operational energy assessments
Developing dynamic simulation models using industry tools
Delivering whole life carbon and performance benchmarking studies
Producing compliance calculations and EPCs
Supporting retrofit strategies and energy efficiency improvements
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders

About you:
Experience in energy modelling and sustainability consultancy
Strong knowledge of building performance and UK regulations
Proficiency in dynamic simulation software (e.g. IES VE)
Understanding of building services and mechanical systems
Ability to analyse data and communicate technical insights clearly
