The Opportunity

Note this role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

As our new Brand Manager you willbe responsible forthe Chocolate portfolio bringing our iconic brands to life. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manageryou will have the opportunity to work acrossevery dayseasonal and giftingportfolios inNew Zealandand work with ouriconicbrandslike Cadburyand Toblerone.

You willberesponsiblefor:

  • Development and implementation of brand initiatives in alignment with the overall brand strategy ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.

  • Provide detailed briefs based on market insights andpreviouslearnings to further enhance our brand awareness and market education.

  • Identifythe strategicobjectivesand consumer/customer insight to develop a clear integrated marketing communications (IMC) strategies and brief agencies accordingly.

  • Support the development and evolution of multi-year marketing campaigns.

  • Develop effective and integrated working relationships with agencies (activation media packaging).

  • Build great working relationships with key ANZ team members enabling flawless execution of initiatives by effectively utilising ANZs shared resources.

  • Marketing budget and POS management forT. Chocolateto meet internalobjectiveand KPIs

Theingredientsyoullbring

  • Ideally 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager.

  • A solid understanding and prior experience within theFMCG industry.

  • Analytical skills to help gain insights for key business decisions.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.

  • A high levelof self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.

  • Strong time managementplanningand organisational skills.

  • Great communicationand relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
