WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Empower developmotivate and work alongsideteam to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience

  • Recruit hireandretainbest in class talentwithinareathrough succession planning anddemonstratingstrong leadership skills

  • Researchandmaintainmarket insights as it pertains to all aspects of the business

  • Deliverconsistentoperational excellence in all store processes

  • Develop strategic plans in partnership with Store Managers and Senior District Manager to driveincremental sales byidentifyingmerchandise and inventory opportunities andutilizingcross functional partnerships

  • Create foot traffic through community involvement and hostingevents

  • Build a client book through establishing client relationships to driveadditionaltraffic and create client engagement

  • Achieve goals through efficient time management whileleading and developing all teams remotely and in person

  • Drive Omni channel salesbyutilizingall available tools and technology

  • Resolve all human resources issues ina timelyand effective manner partnering with HR when necessary

YOULL NEED TO HAVE:

  • 5 years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer

  • Proficiencyin readingspeakingand writing in English is

  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

  • Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations including the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and high retail traffic and sales days including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving Memorial Day Christmas Eve Mothers Dayetc.
