職務内容

• MSLとしてオンコロジーがん領域を担当する

• メディカルダイレクターMDやEvidence Generation TeamOutcomes Research TeamMSLなどで構成されるメディカルチーム及び部門横断型チームCross-Functional Team: CFTのメンバーとなりメディカルチームやCFTで決定された方針計画に沿ってチームの活動を行う

• ブランド戦略およびエンゲージメントプランに基づく活動の実施

• KOLからのメディカルインサイトを収集しメディカルプランへ反映させるべく社内関係者への情報共有を行う

• 各チームと連携しアウトカムリサーチHEORや共同研究活動を実施しデータジェネレーション活動に貢献する

• 日本における臨床/非臨床試験医師主導型研究IIRプログラムなどのエビデンスジェネレーション活動の最適化に貢献する

• MSLチームリーダーおよびMedical LeadMLの指示に従いブランド戦略に沿った医療活動アドバイザリーボード専門家会議医療教育メディカルカンファレンスMCメディカルアフェアーズインフォメーションブースMIBトレーニング活動などの企画および実施する

応募要件

学歴

• 理系大学院修士課程修了以上理系大学院博士課程修了が望ましい

実務経験

• オンコロジーがん領域において下記に示すいずれかの業務経験が3年以上あること

  • メディカルアフェアーズMSL経験

  • 臨床開発

  • 非臨床研究

• 実務経験として下記に示す具体的な実績があることが望ましい

  • 臨床試験の企画運営実施支援など

  • 組織横断的チームにおける業務経験など

スキル

• 製薬企業の臨床研究やMSLに関する法律や規制ガイドラインの理解

• 口頭書面において優れたコミュニケーションスキルを有し部門を越えた同僚部下上司からの信頼を生み出せる

• 主体性を持って挑戦し続けられる

• 提案力に優れ組織を前進し続けられる

• 上記のスキルを裏付ける具体的な実績があること

• TOEICスコア800点以上
