Moran Chevrolet is searching for a Service Lane Manager to run the Service Department Drive by operating the department at maximum production while maintaining and building a loyal clientele maintaining good employee relationships and setting and obtaining sales a profit objectives. The Service Lane Manager will work with the Parts Manager BDC Reps Warranty Administrator and the Service Director to achieve these goals and perform and/or assign service dept responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt courteous and effective service
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships
• Take ownership of customers experience by carrying out additional assignments enabling the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Manage Service Advisors
• Manage the workflow of the service lane to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all service activities
• Monitor and control work schedules
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas of improvement
• Quality check completed repair orders for accuracy and compliance with warranty/dealership requirements
• Assist in achieving sales targets for the service department
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with Service Advisors
