Production Technicians at Northwest Ordinance Distilling are responsible for operating bottling equipment monitoring production processes ensuring product quality performing maintenance tasks and maintaining cleanliness of the bottling area. Production Technicians work in small teams were relationships and teamwork help drive the success of the facility.

Job Highlights:

• Quarterly bonuses based on department and plant performance that can be annualized up to $6800.

Additional Responsibilities for the Production Technician include but not limited to:

• Ensure adherence to all Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures
• Understand and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and best practices to ensure quality standards and performance metrics are met
• Perform equipment set-up lubrication changeover and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment (fork trucks)

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work on your feet climbing stairs and ladders bending kneeling and squatting
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating machinery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and near moving mechanical parts
• Ability to work in environments with high noise levels
• Ability to work in wet humid conditions (non-weather)
• Ability to work overtime if necessary
