Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Integration Expert to drive integration design implementation and coordination across multiple enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end SaaS and enterprise application integrations
- Develop and manage API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) ensuring scalability and security
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive integration documentation (architecture diagrams data flows interface specs)
- Work with middleware platforms to enable seamless system connectivity and orchestration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT business security infrastructure) and external vendors
- Support governance compliance and best practices for integration architecture
- Contribute to integration roadmap and strategic decisions where required
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in API design and integration (REST SOAP JSON XML)
- Hands-on experience with middleware/integration platforms such as:
- WSO2
- APG (Azure API Gateway or equivalent)
- Azure AEM (Adobe Experience Manager on Azure)
- SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Proven experience in SaaS integration and hybrid architecture environments
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration patterns
- Experience creating detailed integration and architecture documentation
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including vendors and offshore teams
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
