Executive Assistant

ETEL Ltd is New Zealands leading manufacturer of distribution transformers driven by our purpose of connecting people to power. Were looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO to play a pivotal role supporting our CEO and Executive Team.

This is more than a traditional EA role. Youll be a trusted partner enabling effective leadership governance and communication while also being someone whos comfortable rolling up their sleeves to keep the daytoday running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactive management of the CEOs diary priorities and travel
• Coordination of Board Executive and senior leadership meetings including agendas papers minutes and actions
• Preparation and qualitychecking of Board and Executive documentation and presentations
• Supporting executive communications and highlevel stakeholder engagement
• Using digital tools to improve efficiency and workflow
• Willingly taking care of the essential administrative detail that underpins effective executive leadership

About you:

• Proven experience supporting a CEO or Executive Team as a senior EA or Executive Partner
• Capable of operating at a strategic hightrust level while still owning the less glamorous but essential tasks
• Strong presentation writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Digitally confident discreet and comfortable working at pace
• Calm flexible and professional with sound judgement and strong stakeholder skills
