What Youll Be Doing

70% Product Development & Programming

• Design develop and implement scalable websites and applications using Angular React C# and other modern web technologies.

• Program utilizing pre-constructed routines and framework components while adding customized code based on client needs and requirements.

• Learn and maintain deep understanding of Maritz software platforms and system capabilities.

• Produce user-friendly and navigable website experiences within the base product.

• Collaborate with other developers to write and troubleshoot medium to complex routines.

30% Testing Troubleshooting & Client Support

• Test existing implementations perform root cause analysis and debug programming issues to ensure optimal performance.

• Utilize data analysis to make sound decisions while troubleshooting application bugs and performance problems.

• Review code customizations with senior developers.

• Provide concise project status updates and information to management and project teams.

• Work with account teams to understand client needs and objectives and assist in gaining project team and client approval.

• Provide onsite support as required for all applications developed.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree or equivalent technical experience required. Computer Science or Engineering degree with emphasis on application development a plus 13 years of relevant experience in web production interactive media or application development required.

• Experience with C# or JAVA (or equivalent OOP language) object-oriented application development and logical problem-solving skills required.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and multi-task under time constraints.

• Professional oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with JavaScript React Angular RESTful services and/or SQL.

Things You Should Know

• We operate in a primarily remote environment with intentional in-person collaboration and team gatherings as needed. Candidates should be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Frederick MD to support these connections.
