Job Summary

Job Description:

You will operate within a sensitive production environment governed by strictsecurity protocols performance standards and SLAs driving strategic technical projects from the core of the infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

Project Leadership:Contribute to major technical initiatives and manage specialized mini-projects.
System Optimization:Enhance system reliability and drive large-scale automation efforts.
Level 3 Support:Resolve complex technical incidents and provide expert-level troubleshooting.
Documentation & Training:Author comprehensive technical documentation and manage knowledge transfer to Level 2 support teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with infrastructure security and virtualization teams to ensure seamless operations.

Technical Skills

Required Expertise:

OS:Expert knowledge ofWindows Server (2016 through 2025).
Automation:Advanced proficiency inPowerShellfor scripting and task automation.
Microsoft Ecosystem:Strong command ofActive Directory ADFS / ADCSandWindows Failover Clustering.
Security:Deep understanding of Microsoft cybersecurity frameworks and hardening best practices.
Management:Proven experience in technical project management or coordination.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Virtualization:VMware / Horizon.
Networking:DNS firewalls load balancing and proxy configurations.
Banking Systems:Familiarity with specific financial application environments.
Tools:MS Project.

Candidate Profile

Experience:Minimum of8 yearsin IT environments specifically within critical sectors (Banking Finance or high-stakes production).
Mindset:Autonomous rigorous and analytical with the ability to multitask effectively.
Communication:Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
