Job Summary
Position Overview
This role requires strong clinical judgment attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures
- Monitor patients vital signs and cardiac status before during and after procedures
- Administer medications and sedation as directed
- Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to Cath Lab protocols
- Monitor patients in recovery and identify complications early
- Provide patient education on procedures and post-procedure care
- Accurately document procedures and patient care activities
- Collaborate with cardiologists technicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in Cath Lab or cardiac procedural environment is required
- Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization and cardiovascular patient care
- Ability to work in a high-pressure fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Education & Licensing
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid nursing license in home country
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience assisting with interventional cardiology procedures
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment and Cath Lab technology
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
