What Youll Do

• Lead regional recruitment strategy aligned with workforce and growth goals
• Partner with executives to anticipate hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
• Oversee full-cycle high-quality recruitment across clinical and leadership roles
• Develop and mentor a high-performing recruiting team
• Drive hiring for critical service lines and leadership positions
• Improve efficiency using data metrics and recruitment technology
• Strengthen employer brand through marketing partnerships and community engagement
• Collaborate with HR Finance and Operations to align hiring strategy and budgets

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree required
• 5 years of multi-site high-volume recruitment experience (healthcare preferred)
• 2 years of leadership experience
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships
• Experience with ATS systems (iCIMS preferred)

Preferred: PHR SPHR SHRM-CP/SCP certification
