Clarity Voice - CUSTOMER OPERATIONS PROJECT INSTALLER

Purpose:
The Customer Operations Project Installer serves as thesingle point of contactfor assigned onboarding workflows ensuring all tickets and tasks are completed accurately and on timein accordance withdefined standard operating procedures
Responsibility Tasks:
Main point of contact once workflow/ticket has been assigned
Set onboardingexpectationswith customer during introduction call followed up by email
FollowBest Practice Guideby Brand
Collect customers network information
Maintainaccurate up-to-date daily status on all assigned workflows and tickets
Coordinate closely with Customer Operations Provisioners and Specialists to ensuretimelytask completion
Schedulevirtual installation and virtual training appointment
Coordinate with POS vendors as needed prior to installation
Works with onsite installation vendor when requested
Perform impromptu virtual Install or virtual training
Provide status updates to customer on all shipping tracking information
Confirm order completion and readiness with customers
Confirm all products services and features being configured align with the approved customer quote
Configure and test call routing including audio files call flows and system features.
Conducts virtual installations for new and existing customers
Deliver virtual training sessions for new customers
Qualifications:
The position requires:
Bachelors degree in Operations Information Technology Business or a related field (preferred)
Minimum oftwoyearsproject management experience
Customer supportexperiencerequired
