The Partnership Success Lead is a strategic people leader and portfolio manager responsible for developing high-performingPartnership Success Managers (PSMs) and driving portfolio success. Partnering closely with Development leadership this role aligns talent portfolio strategy and execution to exceed organizational goals.

How You Will Contribute

Lead & Develop Talent: Coach and grow PSMs through clear goals ongoing feedback and performance accountability.
Drive Strategy: Partner with leadership to set direction allocate resources and identify opportunities for transformational growth.
Own Performance: Maintain visibility into portfolio health pipeline and deal flow; identify risks and drive improvements.
Manage Portfolios: Directly oversee 23 portfolios supporting onboarding Partnership Advisors (major gift officers) and modeling best practices for effective cultivation and stewardship.
Build Systems & Process: Guide forecasting pipeline development and adoption of tools (e.g. Salesforce) to drive disciplined execution.
