GLASS PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE Direct Hire 21hr Continental Overnight 645PM to 7AM

• Continental 6:45p-7am

Come grow your career in our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. We manufacture coated and tempered residential glass and we need glass specialists and machine operators to keep the quality top-notch. As a glass processing specialist you will be responsible for the offloading or loading of glass onto our production line. You will have the opportunity to cross-train and grow your skillset which will be properly this role you will work as a team to keep us running so we can meet our daily weekly and monthly manufacturing goals. Some responsibilities include:

• Place glass on bungees secure glass on racksPack A-frames and prepare racks for shipping
• Keep up the cleanliness at the line sweeping and clearing glass as necessary
• Help other departments as needed - we work as a team therefore you are expected to assist in other areas when necessary
• Perform tempering break test for quality assurance
• Clean up broken glass - done throughout shift to maintain a safe work environment
• Clean out space under the furnace - performed every 3 months
• Ensure safety measures are taking place at all times
• Keep a high rate of productivity

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced organized and positive warehouse environment.
• Ability to frequently lift glass that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work full-time 40 hours per week plus optional overtime.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.
