In this role youll manage customer inquiries (primarily via email) investigate and resolve issues such as delivery delays sizing concerns returns and claims and ensure all queries are handled within 2448 hours. Youll also support the Head of Retail with administrative and ad hoc tasks.

Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Handle delivery returns and product-related issues
Provide logistics and customer support
Assist with administrative and ad hoc retail tasks
Follow internal processes to ensure timely resolutions
Requirements

Excellent written communication skills (email-based support)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Experience in retail/fashion or customer service is a plus
