Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Job description:

Were looking for a passionate Customer Service Coordinator to support our clients retail team and ensure a seamless delivery and returns experience.

In this role youll manage customer inquiries (primarily via email) investigate and resolve issues such as delivery delays sizing concerns returns and claims and ensure all queries are handled within 2448 hours. Youll also support the Head of Retail with administrative and ad hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Handle delivery returns and product-related issues
  • Provide logistics and customer support
  • Assist with administrative and ad hoc retail tasks
  • Follow internal processes to ensure timely resolutions
