Finance Intern Global Intercompany

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Finance Intern Global Intercompany from August to December 2026 located in Manila Philippines.

This internship role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Global IntercompanyAccounting process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class cost-effective financial services and compliancein a J&J wayto our Operating Companies around the world.

The GSFGICteamis responsible forthe completeandaccurateaccounting for all transactions. This includes but is not limited to creating theSales relatedand corresponding Purchase orders reconciling out of balancesmonitoringageing performing balance sheet reconciliationsand statutory requirementssubmissions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Operational Excellence

• Assistin executing accounting and daily operations forGlobal Intercompanyprocess area including simple and medium complexity transactions.
• Supporttimelyclosing and execution of financial periods as per closing calendar andin accordance withSLA commitments fullyobservingCompliance Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
• Contribute to completeness accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope.
• Learn and apply Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas under supervision.
• Assistin Balance Sheet reconciliations to minimize open items.
• Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities.
• Understand adhere to andexecuteworldwide policies and procedures. Helpidentifycompliance risks and recommend solutions.
• Assistin ensuring strong internal controls are in place supporting adequate internal and external audit ratings.

2. Bea Trusted Business Partner

• Support the execution of global Strategy & Solutions in line with taxonomy.
• Assist Process Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operational Key Contacts (OKCs) to ensure cross sector cross region and cross process alignment ensuring good documentation ismaintainedandconsistencyofa global approach.

3. Create Game-Changing Innovation

• Generate ideas and foster a continuous improvement mindsetidentifyingand pursuing process efficiency opportunities.
• Support the execution of process improvements in line with global standards.

4. Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Banking Economics Management Engineering or related business discipline
• Prior internship or relevant part-time experience in accounting finance or a related field is an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
• Open to new ideas and can develop effective ways of working
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Learning agility adaptability to change with a growth mindset
