Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian-Chinese dishes (noodles fried rice Manchurian soups starters etc.).
Ensure consistency in taste presentation and portioning.
Handle wok cooking and high-flame kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Follow standard recipes and preparation methods.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
Work efficiently during peak hours and rush periods.
Salary: 40000 Per month
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Hotel Management (preferred)
Experience: 2 years as an Indian Chinese Cook
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Indian-Chinese cuisine.
- Expertise in wok cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of sauces seasoning and food presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Required Skills:
Experience: 2 years as an Indian Chinese Cook Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory)
Required Education:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Hotel Management (preferred)
