Job Summary
Job Description
We are so excited to be collaborating with a deluxe residential property located in the heart of London. They are looking for a highly skilled Shift Engineer to join their team in maintaining their 200 exclusive residences to a 5-star standard.
As a Shift Engineer your duties will include carrying out effective repairs of defects ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the building assisting other personnel in emergencies and providing exceptional customer service to residents and colleagues.
You will ideally have NVQ Level 3 qualifications or equivalent.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Shift Engineer
- 49300 per annum plus 2500 bonus and share of resident thank you bonus
- Working 4 days on 4 days off (7am to 7pm) with occasional night shifts (7pm to 7am)

Responsibilities as a Shift Engineer
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the building ensuring all systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently
- Monitoring building systems including HVAC electrical and plant equipment responding promptly to faults or alarms
- Accurately logging all maintenance work inspections and updates using internal systems to ensure clear communication across the team
- Supporting residents and colleagues with a professional service-led approach responding quickly to maintenance requests
- Conducting routine checks of plant rooms and equipment identifying and reporting any issues or potential risks
