Job Summary
Van Subaru is looking for a high-energy driven Internet Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound internet and phone leads setting quality appointments and driving traffic into the dealership.
The ideal candidate is competitive organized and excels at communication while working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
What Youll Do
- Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally via phone email and CRM
- Contact customers to identify needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Set confirm and manage sales appointments
- Handle inbound phone calls and convert them into showroom visits
- Maintain consistent follow-up with all prospects
- Build rapport with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
- Track all activity and performance in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed performance expectations:
- 18% close rate on internet leads
- 35% close rate on phone leads
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous BDC sales or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with high-volume inbound/outbound calls and follow-up
- Proficient with CRM systems email and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and competitive mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Bilingual is a plus
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
