Delivery Driver

We are a mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP); building automation; and industrial piping contractor. Our team offers a variety of MEP and process piping services including design-build engineering for new construction and renovation installation and specialty construction maintenance and air balancing start-up and energy efficiency services.

DeBra-Kuempel isseekingto fill aDelivery Driver/Warehousepositionin ourCincinnati Ohiolocation.TheDelivery Driver/Warehouse positionwillbe responsibleforpick-upofequipment and/or material from our shop orsupplyhouse with delivery equipment and material to various job sites.

• Ensuredeliveryvehicle is in a safe operating condition by completing the pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.

• Verify accuracy of all equipment picked up or delivered using PO and Job Number.

• Maintain a clean safe environment in the cab as well as outside of vehicle plus ensure gates and liftgateare secure to thevehicle;washvehicleas necessary.

• When not in use all straps and blocking materials & tools are to be safely stowed in their proper place.

• Comply withall safe driving rules and traffic laws.

• Ensure that the materials on the truck are secure properlystrappedand blocked.

• Ensure that all paperwork is in vehicle when handling hazardous material.

• Performs materialtoolsand equipment pickup at suppliers for delivery to either the shop orjobsite.

• Ensure that all deliveries arrivein a timely manner.

• End of the day: make sure all delivery packaging is discarded in the proper container and all paperwork is turned in (pick/up delivery receipts pre-post trip inspections).

• Wear complete DeBra-Kuempel uniform (PPE) with necessary badges or identification.

• Keepshopclean andmaterials/toolsorganized.

• Notify proper staff of any vehicle maintenance issues.

• Assistwith warehouse duties when neededalong with odd jobs around office area.

• Experience with towing trailers is preferred but not necessary.

• Experienceoperatinga fork truck (if no experience training will be provided).

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Work hours:6:30a.m. 3:30p.m. Monday Friday (additionalhours when necessary).

• Hold a valid CDL A drivers license (Optional).

• Current DOT Medical Card.

• Clean MVR.

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• Team player
