Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse - Emergency Department for an exciting Travel or Local job in Atlanta GA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide emergency nursing care in a Level I trauma emergency department
Perform rapid patient assessment and triage
Manage critical and high-acuity patients
Administer medications and emergency interventions
Monitor cardiac respiratory and neurological status
Assist with trauma resuscitation and stabilization
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary ED team
Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
Ensure patient safety and infection control compliance
Support fast-paced emergency department operations
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years ED experience in a Level I trauma facility required
Active Georgia RN license required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
Ability to work in high-stress fast-paced environment
