AI Live Streaming Operations Manager

AnyLive is an AI-powered Live Commerce Platform designed to revolutionize online shopping by providing 24/7 AI-driven live streaming that enhances engagement drives conversions and maximizes e-commerce sales.
The Senior Executive AI Live Streaming Operations will ensure seamless professional and engaging live broadcasts using strong technical expertise in live streaming setup and management keen monitoring skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. This role is crucial for audience engagement and primarily utilizes OBS for technical operations.

What Youll Do

Strategy & Commercial Optimization (40%)

• Develop and implement the overall operational strategy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the AI Live Streaming team to ensure scalability efficiency and consistent high-quality output across all live commerce channels.
• Define track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) beyond production quality (e.g. sales conversion engagement rate cost-efficiency) to drive continuous operational and commercial improvement.
• Lead initiatives to optimize and integrate streaming software (primarily OBS) configurations graphic overlays and live chat moderation tools to enhance audience engagement and sales performance.
• Serve as the key liaison with Content Marketing Product and Business Development teams to align live streaming schedules product strategy and performance goals.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships for streaming equipment maintenance software licensing and new technology implementation.

Team Management (35%)

• Lead mentor and manage the team of Senior Executives and Executives fostering a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence and commercial results.
• Set clear performance goals and provide continuous coaching and professional development to enhance the teams capabilities in live production troubleshooting and platform management.

Production Operation (25%)

• Lead the team in planning and executing comprehensive live stream operations shifting focus from hands-on execution to strategic oversight and quality control.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for all technical creative and logistical challenges encountered during pre-stream live broadcast and post-stream phases.

Who You Are

Experience & Education:

• • Bachelors Degree in Communications Media Production E-commerce or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a live production or digital media operations role with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial position.

Technical & Strategic Acumen:

• • • Expert-level command of live streaming technologies including advanced setup real-time troubleshooting and optimization of platforms (OBS vMix YouTube Live TikTok Live etc.).
    • Demonstrated ability to translate technical operational efficiency into quantifiable commercial results (e.g. increased sales higher conversion rates).
    • Strong understanding of video/audio encoding network configuration and compliance with various streaming platforms terms of service.

Leadership & Communication:

• • • • Proven leadership and people management skills with experience in mentoring and developing a high-performing technical team in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
      • Exceptional cross-functional communication presentation and negotiation skills to manage senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
      • Ability to maintain composure and execute professional timely decision-making during high-stakes live events.
