Job Summary

Janitorial Supervisorat Marsden South

Shift:Monday to Sunday (days will be discussed during the interview)5:00 am to 2:30 pm

Hourly Rate: $21.12 an hour withexperience

Location: Irving TX.

Requirements:

You must be 18 years old.
Be able to comply with a client clearance
A valid drivers license will be required for most of the current openings.
A pre-employment drug screen is required for some of our accounts and a criminal background check is mandatory as well.
You must have at least two years ofJanitorial Supervisor experience
Ability to perform physicaltasks as needed
Basic computer proficiency
Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

Manage and oversee a team of cleaners.

Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards client expectations and any applicable local state or federal regulations.

Supervise train staff and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Create weekly schedules for cleaning staff including daily assignments lunch breaks and time off.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed for each account.

Perform cleaning duties (e.g. sweeping mopping dusting polishing restocking restrooms and trash disposal)

Be available to cover shifts when required.
