Job Summary
Job Description
A major integrated real estate and construction platform in Switzerland is looking for a property management professional to manage a mixed-use portfolio and support its continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate regular and ad hoc maintenance including working with external contractors and service providers
- Plan and conduct property inspections handovers and acceptance procedures
- Act as a main point of contact for owners tenants authorities and third parties
- Support the preparation negotiation and administration of lease agreements
- Contribute to budgeting cost control and financial oversight of the portfolio
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across technical commercial and administrative functions
- Oversee and support on-site staff and ensure consistent service standards
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through responsive and solution-oriented communication
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training; further qualification in real estate/property management is an advantage (or in progress)
- Several years of experience in property or real estate management
- Comfortable working with digital tools and property management systems
- Structured efficient and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- High level of customer orientation and service mindset
