Job Summary

After School Childcare- Group Leader Part-time

AlphaBEST: After School is where adventure begins!

At AlphaBEST our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their guide youll lead them through fun learning activities with plenty of support and training.

Location: Lawrence Elementary Arvada CO.

Schedule: No weekends! Tuesday-Friday preferred 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm (Monday is full-day care- schedule to be discussed)

Heres what youll need:

Must have a minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4) and be 18 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)

As an AlphaBEST Guide youll be trained to do the following:

Lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
Provide a caring family-oriented environment that fosters positive staff child and parent relationships.
