Job Summary
Pay rate - CAD$20/HR
Pay is weekly every Friday.
Operates forklift machinery to lift load or move material as directed.
Principle Responsibilities
- Performs daily safety inspection of forklift before operating to ensure safety.
- Takes proper safety and precautionary measures when operating machinery.
- Supports essential logistic operations through storage and transportation.
- Notifies technicians in advance when forklifts need service.
- Comply with all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications :
Competencies
- Clean driving record
- Manual dexterity
- Diligent use of personal protective equipment
Education/Experience:
- Performs work under direct supervision with a basic understanding of equipment.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Typically requires a high school diploma fork lift certificate and 0 to 2 years of experience.
