OSHC Coordinator | Holland Park

Helping Hands Holland Park is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our growing Helping Hands service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where youll shape culture drive quality and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team. You will koing 

This is a permanent part-time role (34 hours per week) working across split shifts Monday to Friday including 4 hours of dedicated noncontact administrative time to support your success.

Service hours include:

• Rise Then Shine: 6:30am 9:00am
• Stay and Play: 2:30pm 6:00pm
• School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am 6:00pm

About your new role

As a Coordinator youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. Your service has a Service Manager onsite so you will be continually supported and guided throughout your journey as a Coordinator. This role is all about leadership: 

• Design and lead a vibrant childcentred program filled with engaging experiences such as STEM sport cooking arts and crafts.
• Take ownership of rosters daily operations compliance and administration with time allocated to do this well.
• Build a positive inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported motivated and proud of the program they deliver.
• Partner with families the school community and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive.
• Be supported by experienced Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office so youre never doing it alone.
