Patient Service Representative - Urology
Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Patient Services Representative to join our Urology team at our Murray location.
The ideal candidate is confident self-driven and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As the first point of contact for our patients the Patient Services Representative plays a vital role in creating a positive experience. This position works closely with patients physicians and clinical staff requiring strong communication and customer service skills.
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills.
- Team-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Schedule appointments according to established procedures.
- Communicate clearly with patients providers and staff regarding appointments and related needs.
- Accurately collect and record patient demographic and insurance information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a medical office preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Primarily sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
- Frequent use of computers and office equipment requiring repetitive motion.
- Work performed in a climate-controlled indoor environment.

The salary range listed is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience education and/or skill level.
