In this role you will build meaningful relationships while providing around-the-clock support that promotes comfort dignity and independence for older adults in their own homes. As a live-in caregiver you will play a vital role in ensuring consistency of care and companionship. We thoughtfully match caregivers with clients and provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success. Prior experience in assisted living independent living senior communities nursing homes home care or similar healthcare settings is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Compassionate reliable individuals with a passion for serving seniors
• Previous experience in home care healthcare assisted living or a related field preferred
• Comfortable living in a home with cats (no pet allergies)
• Ability to live in the clients home as scheduled
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to pass a background check

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living including personal care bathing dressing and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping laundry and household organization
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Ensure client safety and monitor changes in condition
• Maintain a clean safe and dignified home environment

Living Arrangements

• Private bedroom provided within the clients home
• Access to shared living spaces (kitchen bathroom etc.)
• Scheduled time off to maintain work-life balance
