Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Regional Director of Operations for an exciting Travel or Local job in Elmhurst IL.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight across Sterile Processing Transportation and Facilities operations
• Lead and support site-level Directors Managers and Coordinators
• Establish regional priorities goals and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with AAMI CDC CMS DOT OSHA and accreditation standards
• Oversee audits inspections and regulatory readiness
• Standardize workflows documentation and facility processes
• Monitor operational performance metrics and resolve risks proactively
• Develop leadership teams and succession planning with HR partners
• Implement performance management frameworks across sites
• Drive quality turnaround time and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders on service delivery

Qualifications

• 10 years of operational experience required
• 5 years of multi-site leadership experience required
• Certification in sterile processing (CRCST or equivalent) preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
• Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
• Proven leadership communication and strategic planning skills
