Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors tenants and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a high-traffic commercial location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings public access areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances common areas and other assigned locations to help control access support crowd management and/or report maintenance or policy-related issues.
• Support daily operations by assisting with directions answering general questions completing routine reports and/or following post orders related to customer service and security-related responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
