Job Summary

Dee Banks School is looking to recruit a Kitchen Supervisor as soon as possible.

This role will be term-time on a permanent basis.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9:30am to 1.30pm. 20 hours per week.

The rate of pay will be 13.05 per hour.

Candidates will ideally have previous kitchen management experience with Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.

They will be expected to ensure the provision of food including preparation cooking and serving of meals including special dietary needs. Ensuring that the service provision meets high standards providing a quality service whilst maintaining appropriate levels of hygiene.

They will be expected to order and co-ordinate deliveries and manage kitchen staff to ensure the smooth running of the catering service at Dee Banks.

The school is committed to safeguarding children and the successful candidate will be required to undertake pre-employment (including online searches) and safeguarding checks including an enhanced DBS check.
