Ingeniero Especialista en Costos de Proyectos de Construcción (Real Estate)

Buscamos un Ingeniero Especialista en Costos de Proyectos de Construcción para integrarse al equipo de Real Estate. La posición está orientada a profesionales con experiencia técnica en proyectos de construcción con foco en planificación y control de costos a lo largo de todo el ciclo del proyecto.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Elaboración de estimaciones de costos conceptuales preliminares y definitivas
• Desarrollo de cost plans y presupuestos de proyecto
• Análisis de documentación de diseño y cuantificación (take-offs)
• Benchmarking y análisis de mercado de costos de construcción
• Preparación de BOQs / Schedules of Rates
• Apoyo en procesos de licitación y evaluación comercial
• Análisis y negociación de propuestas de contratistas
• Control de costos durante obra y forecasting
• Revisión de certificados de avance
• Gestión de change orders
• Reportes de costos para cliente
• Análisis de riesgos y contingencias

Qualifications :

• Ingeniero Civil Arquitecto Ingeniero Industrial o similar
• Experiencia en costos de proyectos de construcción
• Experiencia en estimación y control de costos
• Lectura de planos de construcción
• Experiencia en licitaciones
• Excel avanzado
• Inglés intermedio (deseable)
