Job Summary
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners ensuring mutual growth and success on the platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact offering tailored support to help partners meet their business objectives.
- Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to drive improvement.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Pitch and negotiate monthly promotional campaigns to enhance partner visibility and sales.
- Guide partners in utilizing platform advertising tools effectively.
- Identify and propose win-win solutions that align with both partner needs and company goals.
- Support projects and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in account management customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in pitching and negotiating campaigns or promotions is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
