Job Summary
Programme Management
- Responsible for the leadership of approximately 3 projects in respective region
- Oversee the end to end delivery of projects
- Provide programme management support to Cluster / Country Heads
- Ambassador for the clients project management systems; Softools Clarity and Autodesk
- Manage the reporting cycle for respective region
- Ensure the timely update of cost schedule benefits risk and issues by Project Managers
Business Case Development
- Supporting the client-side strategy team in the preparation of high level costs and schedule
- Drive the Project Working Groups with team members to develop a clear and coherent business case
- Working with the Workplace and Design team to clearly articulate the brief with the client and driving stakeholders to develop robust solutions to meet the brief
- Developing the initial schedule Project Management Plan DRAs CRAs and all other associated documentation
- Coordinating IPO Commercial Manager in preparation of initial project cost estimates
- Coordinating stakeholders to develop their respective inputs into business cases
- Responsible for the creation of the project execution documents (PED)
- Endorse PEDs for approval through Regional CRES Forum Project Steering Committee and seek approval
Mobilising the project
- Upon approval of business case support Cluster / Country Heads to:
- Mobilise the project with the appointed Project Manager and project team by providing training and development
- Ensure the full handover of the project to appointed Project Manager
- Provide training and development to Lead PM and QS for retention and dissemination
- Ensuring the appointed PM team have provided sufficient internal training identifying potential areas for further development and providing constructive feedback
- Act as the conduit for Project Managers escalating risk and issues at a programme level
- Assure the PM delivers against their contractual scope; and that they assure the same of all suppliers
Governance
- Enforce the cadence of the IPO governance and assurance Drumbeat
- Establish weekly project working groups and represent after handover to PM
- Ensure governance alignment of project (PSC) programme (PG&A) and portfolio (MPR)
- Prepare and implement an annual governance and assurance programme outlining:
- Dates for all Project Steering Committee (PSCs) for the year ahead
- PSC pre-reviews prior to final meet with Regional Head
- Attendance and leadership at PSC meetings
Assurances
- Assure projects adheres to the Project & Design Management (CPD1) process
- Assure PSC documentation (minutes presentations) are stored centrally
- Ensure communication of all change requests risk and issues to Regional IPO Lead at PG&A
- Ensure all documents are stored in the Autodesk common data environment
- Provide independent assurance by conducting the IPO 3 lines of assurance:
- 1st line Week 1 Monthly reporting assurance
- 2nd line - Control Reviews (Assurance Manager to complete)
- 3rd line - Phase Gate PM checklist reviews and supplier performance scoring
Risk and Reporting
- Review PM Checklist tracking progression of all project documentation and review and assurance
- Ensure Project Managers are updating week 1 monthly reports in line with Drumbeat and governance timetable
- Regular communication and escalation of performance issues to Performance Manager Lead for consolidation in monthly and bi-annual reviews
Qualifications :
- 10 years or above experience in programme or project management in financial institution client
- Strong in stakeholder engagement
- Relevant experience in Corporate Real Estate and Asset management
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive outcomes on behalf of clients develop new business leverage current opportunities and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Experience in client management with solid experience in client facing environment
- Bilingual in Korean and English
