Job Summary

Are you an operational mastermind who thrives on efficiency We are looking for a Team Leader for our Virtual Account Management (VAM) department (about 8 people). This isnt just about managing a team; its about maintaining the engine that powers our partners success. You will lead a high-performing squad using data to bridge performance gaps and ensuring our operational standards arent just metbut exceeded.
 

Whats on the menu: Your Mission

  • Operational Excellence: Lead the day-to-day rhythm of the VAM team. Youll ensure our partner accounts receive world-class service by optimizing workflows and removing friction.

  • Data-Driven Leadership: Dive into performance dashboards to spot trends. Youll identify where we can win and implement swift corrective actions to keep the team on track.

  • Drive the How: Serve as the operational North Star. Youll ensure the team masters Salesforce and internal tools maintaining the data integrity that allows us to scale.

  • Performance Coaching: Its not just about targets; its about people. Youll track productivity metrics (call volumes task completion) and provide the daily direction needed to help your team hit their personal bests.

  • Strategic Reporting: Keep your finger on the pulse. You will translate team activities into clear progress updates for senior management highlighting both wins and opportunities.


Qualifications :

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience: 3 years in Operations Team Coordination or Customer Success. Youve led teams in high-volume fast-paced environments before.

  • Process Mindset: You dont just follow a process; you own it. You thrive in structured environments and enjoy bringing order to complexity.

  • Tech-Savviness: You speak Salesforce and Google Workspace fluently. You understand that clean data is the foundation of a great strategy.

  • Analytical Eye: Youre comfortable navigating dashboards and can quickly pivot a teams focus based on what the numbers are telling you.

  • Language Skills: You are a master communicator in both Hungarian and English.

  • Grit & Reliability: You are the calm in the storm capable of managing multiple moving parts without losing sight of the goal.
