As a Sales Manager youll be responsible for growing our business in Austria whether that means opening new doors scaling existing partnerships or building a high-performing sales team. This is your chance to step into a role where your impact is visible measurable and actually matters.

What Youll Be Doing

• Drive commercial growth across your market
• Identify negotiate and close high-impact partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Analyze performance and continuously optimize your sales strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing operations product)
• Potentially lead and develop a local sales team

Qualifications :

• Solid experience in B2B sales business development or partnerships
• A track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically
• Confidence in negotiations and stakeholder management
• Fluent German and strong English skills
• Experience from fast-paced environments (scale-ups retail FMCG marketplaces etc.) is a plus
