Mechanical Fitter

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Fitter to join our Muswellbrook this role you will play a key part in ensuring the reliable maintenance of mechanical sampling systems helping us deliver high-quality service to our clients while supporting strong customer relationships and operational performance.

This is a hands-on role where youll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure equipment is running safely efficiently and to the highest standard.

What youll be doing

• Carry out maintenance and servicing of automatic sampling systems
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with client requirements
• Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate routine maintenance activities
• Support and train junior team members as required
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure strong service delivery
• Ensure maintenance work is cost-effective and efficient
• Follow all site safety and compliance requirements
• Perform other duties as required on site

Qualifications :

Youll be part of a supportive team where your work directly contributes to operational success and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to develop specialist skills in mechanical sampling systems.

What youll bring

• Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or similar mechanical trade (Light Vehicle Mechanics are encouraged to apply)
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and Excel
• Experience with mechanical sampling systems is an advantage but not essential (full training provided)
