Job Summary

Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent

General working knowledge ofelectricalm plumbing air conditioning

heating equipment.

Goal:To maintain the District buildings and grounds in the best order possible.

Responsibilities:

Complete minor carpentry electrical plumbing heating/cooling repair and construction.
Remove snow and ice as directed.
Implement EPA standards relative to environmental waste.
Load and unload trucks as needed.
Prepare athletic fields for activities.
Moa and trim grass as directed.
Complete maintenance requests as directed.
Be on call for emergency building issues as needed.
Promotepositiverelations between the building DistrictBoardand community.
Execute all policies rules andregulationsadopted by the Board.
Other duties as assigned by building Principal.

Terms of Employment: Contract to be established by the Board - General 12

months8 hours pr day.

Evaluation:Annuallyby the Director and Grounds in accordance with policy.
