Job Title: Regional Director of Operations
Location: Modesto CA
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 5x8 hours 5 days per week

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites. This role oversees Sterile Processing Transportation and Facilities functions ensuring high performance regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead multi-site operations across Sterile Processing Transportation and Facilities
• Develop and mentor Directors Managers and Coordinators
• Set regional goals priorities and performance standards
• Align operations with company strategy and growth plans

Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Oversee audits inspections and readiness efforts
• Standardize workflows and operational processes
• Monitor performance metrics and mitigate risks

Talent & Development:

• Coach and develop leadership teams
• Support succession planning and hiring initiatives
• Drive performance management and accountability

Quality & Improvement:

• Manage KPIs including quality turnaround time and service delivery
• Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
• Implement and scale best practices across locations

Collaboration:

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Align operations with customer expectations and service agreements
• Participate in executive-level planning and strategy discussions

Requirements:

• 10 years of operational experience
• 5 years in multi-site leadership roles
• Strong leadership communication and strategic planning skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance and operational oversight

Preferred:

• Experience in Sterile Processing Logistics or Facilities
• Background in healthcare or regulated environments
• CRCST certification (preferred)
