As a Security Officer Screening Agent in Stockton CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. This role combines customer service with security-related responsibilities helping to identify concerns and/or guide people through access procedures. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors court staff attorneys jurors and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific screening procedures and other security-related protocols at a government location.
• Screen entrants and personal belongings using assigned screening equipment and established post orders helping to identify prohibited items and/or unauthorized materials before entry.
• Verify identification manage access points and direct visitors to appropriate destinations while maintaining orderly entry procedures and clear communication.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner and report observations according to site-specific policies.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate document screening-related interactions and/or incidents and communicate relevant information to site leadership and public personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
